Before you buy a house you must walk-through! 🙂 It is usually just a formality, but as a buyer you want to make sure of the homes condition right before you sign your life away.
There have been situations where the seller switched appliances (from a new stainless steel fridge to an old white one he kept in the basement…). So, caveat emptor! In this case the walk-through went well, but even here buyers found a stove to be not functioning properly and it was addressed at closing.
