Its been 9 years with my lovely wife, its gone really – really fast, but anyway on the 12th of September we are having two Open Houses. The first one is at 88-40 79 Ave in Upper Glendale. Its a two family home with an asking price of $549,000. It is a tremendous house in Glendale, detached it rests on a beautiful street, four levels of living, two car garage, nice backyard a sunroom you’ll fall in love with and I’ll be at that open house from one to four. The second open house is at 78-53 76St also in Glendale. This is a one family house with an asking price of $479,000 (new $). Cezar Doda is housing that open house. This house is beautifully renovated, the kitchen is stunning, the house is extended, the first floor is huge with an open layout the back yard is on the smaller side but there is a two car garage and the basement is nice and open.
